Mr. Battula Srinivasa Rao Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Battula Srinivasa Rao brings over 30 years of experience across finance functions, including financial reporting, treasury, controllership, taxation, FP&A, and business finance. He has a proven track record in strengthening financial governance and driving disciplined growth.

A Chartered Accountant, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Nagarjuna University. He previously held an executive management role at AET Laboratories and served on the Board of Delorbis Pharmaceuticals, Cyprus. He has been associated with Nava since June 2023.

Mr. VSN Raju Company Secretary and Vice President

Mr. VSN Raju, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, has 30+ years of experience in corporate governance, investor relations, compliance, and legal affairs. As Chief Investor Relations & Compliance Officer, he ensures regulatory adherence while overseeing secretarial and legal functions. A core leadership team member since 2016, he plays a key role in strategy, execution, and governance.

Ms. Kalyani Prabhala Vice President (Human Resources)

Ms. Kalyani Prabhala is a post graduate in Human Resource Management. She brings over three decades of experience in Human Resource Management in the infrastructure, pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. As Group Head (HR), she spearheads HR strategies, processes and initiatives across Nava.

RAdm LV Sarat Babu NM (Retd.) Vice President (Telangana Operations)

Rear Admiral LV Sarat Babu (Retd.) served the Indian Navy for more than 35 years in various capacities and was awarded the Nao Sena medal for distinguished service. He brings with him extensive & diverse command experience in submarine
and surface ship operations. He served as CMD for Hindustan Shipyard Ltd. He holds a PG degree in Strategic Studies and an MPhil in Defence & Management.

RAdm V Raja Sekhar VSM (Retd.) Vice President (Odisha Operations)

Rear Admiral V Raja Sekhar (Retd.) served the Indian Navy for over 38 years in submarine operations, project management, and strategic planning under various capacities, He has successfully led high-value contract negotiations and collaborative efforts with international agencies. With a proven track record of reviving critical projects and managing global contracts, he excels in delivering successful outcomes amidst complex challenges.
