Mr. K Durga Prasad is a commerce graduate and Indian Police Service officer of the 1981 batch. He has served in several Government Departments like Law and Order, State Intelligence, Anti-Naxal Operations, Training and Administration, Vigilance, Special Protection Group and Central Reserve Police Force.
Mr. GP Kundargi holds a master’s degree in mineral processing and brings over three decades of industrial experience to the board. He has served in various key positions at Manganese Ore India Limited, and retired as the Chairman and Managing Director of that company.
Mr. A Indra Kumar is the Chairman and Managing Director of Avanti Feeds Limited. A graduate in chemical engineering, he has over three decades of diverse experience in the development and processing of shrimp culture and feed manufacturing, using the latest technology.
Ms. B Shanti Sree is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a practicing Chartered Accountant as well as a Registered Insolvency Professional. She has served as a Director on the board of State Bank of Hyderabad and was President and later, Governing Council member of the Andhra Pradesh Tax Bar Association. Presently, she is a designated partner at M/s Tukaram & Co LLP Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad.
Mr. Mwelwa, a Zambian lawyer and advocate of the High Court and Supreme Court, holds an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Bristol (1996) and an LLB from the University of Zambia (1990). As Managing Partner of Chibesakunda & Co., a Tier 1 firm for 18 years, he has 33 years of legal expertise in pioneering commercial transactions. A former Ministry of Justice practitioner, he has served on numerous Boards, including Lafarge Plc and Lubambe Mine Ltd. Currently, he is a Board member of Chilanga Cement Plc, Maamba Energy Ltd, and Wildlife Crime Prevention
