Mr. Ashok has overseen the growth of Nava Limited from a ferro alloys manufacturer into a diversified, international business conglomerate. He holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, USA and brings more than three decades of management experience to the board.
After serving as Managing Director for over four decades, Mr. Prasad now continues his association with Nava Limited as a Non-Independent Director post-retirement. Holding an MBA from the U.S. and 40+ years of expertise in financial management and corporate planning, he has been instrumental in Nava’s sustained growth and excellence.
Mr. Ashwin Devineni spearheads Nava’s global expansion. A graduate of the University of Washington, with expertise in corporate acquisitions and business development, he has played a pivotal role in diversifying Nava’s operations globally. As MD & CEO, he is keen on driving Nava’s Sustainable growth, while enriching lives in the communities in which we operate.
Mr. G R K Prasad has been with Nava Limited since 1995 and at present oversees certain business operations, corporate strategy, internal controls, risk management and financial processes. He has over four decades of experience in finance, accounting, corporate strategy and management. He is also well versed in project financing and M&A management, with experience covering varied business verticals in multiple organisations. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Mr. Nikhil Devineni is an alumnus of the University of Colorado, Boulder, and ESADE Business School, Barcelona, where he earned his MBA. Before joining NAVA, he played a key role at Kobe Green Power Co. Ltd. in Laos, leading the company to a profitable exit. At NAVA, he oversees the Global Metals Division and the Power Business in India, while also steering Corporate and Financial Affairs. His leadership focuses on driving strategic growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring long-term success across NAVA’s core verticals.
